The (PPU) Booty
In this Power Pop Up we have 10 different exercises, all focussed on that beautiful lower part.
The exercises are split up by in betweeners, you might've heard of them during the normal PPU.
And of course this is all accompanied by some hot booty music!
The complexity of the botte is about the same as the pro, but pure lower body.
The booty changes every 4-5 weeks just like the pro.Does an ultimate lower body workout or a tight booty sound like music to your ears?
