ThePower Pop Up Pro...

Number 2 in the line, a little bit the little brother and at the same time the big brother of the regular Power Pop Up.
During the Pro we're working with 14 different exercises where we use extra material.
the circuit remains the same for about 4-5 weeks.
the pro isn't necessarily heavier or lighter than the regular one, but it is more complex.
you can vary in exercise and even in loading.

if you want a more directed approach in your training goals or you want to lean different exercises with equipment then you're at the right address!
Don't be scared, there's enough explanation and coaching for everyone.
if you're not super experienced, no problem!
