The Pump

A Power Pop Up that's not time based.
The pump is all about sets and reps
Everyone has a personal program that's either based on mass and strength or tightening and muscle endurance

At the start of a new cycle (5weeks) you either chose to focus on strength and mass or endurance and tightening
That way you're personally helped and you don't have to worry about anything you don't want.

During this PPU you work with your personal program under the guidance of one or two coaches.
You keep track of your own program and keep the progression of your weights and you're in control of your own overload. The workout remains the same for 5 weeks and then it changes
Music is more of a support here so you can definitely bring your own headphones!
